Item description
Rare antique bronze sculpture, 19th century. In the style of Roberto Negri, an Italian sculptor active in Turin in the late 19th and early 20th century. This bronze sculpture is highly expressive, probably an allegory of winter. A bent old man in poor clothing carries a bundle of branches on his shoulders. The bronze rests on a wooden base. Traces of an illegible signature or title of the work can be found on the underside of the bronze. We recommend that you look in detail at all the attached photos.
