Kai Kristiansen teak fire chair, 1960s
SILVER Seller in Pomorskie, Poland
Kai Kristiansen's famous teak Fire Chair, designed for Schou Andersen in the 1960s, is a classic example of mid-century modernist Danish craftsmanship, upholstered in a new black aniline leather. The ergonomic sculpture, solid teak frame and black seat fit any table or desk or can be a decorative addition to any interior. The chair has been renewed. The teak wood structure has been cleaned and covered with protective oil to enhance its grain. The leather and padding are new. This is a soft, thin black aniline leather.
