A work of remarkable high relief on copper, embellished with elaborate chiselling work, signed with the artist's pseudonym 'Ferdy' and the year of execution 1982. A few oxidation spots are present.
Guadagnini Ferdy was born in Cavalese (TN) in 1944 and works in Trentino-Alto-Adige in the figurative current specification.
Ferdy designed an important work commissioned by the European Parliament in 1986.
For the creation of an art object, Ferdy won the competition that the European Parliament announced at that time, as a prize to be awarded to the most outstanding entrepreneurs in Europe.
He received the Europe Prize in 1988 in L'Aquila for a bronze sculpture.
Many of the artist's works are part of national and international private collections.
