Mobo Bronco pressure toy horse by D. Sebel & Co, 1950s
SILVER Seller in Torino, Italy
Toy pressure horse made in England in the 1950s by the firm D. Sebel & Co. It belonged to the Mobo Bronco line, which featured a spring system that, by transferring the child's weight to his or her legs, allowed the horse to move forward as on real horses at a trot. The horse features a lithographed tin shell mounted on wheels with a pressure mechanism. It is part of the collection of the Toy Horse Museum in Como. It is in excellent overall condition and is fully functioning.
