Space Age table lamp, circa mid 1960s. It is built on a triangular base in white Carrara marble and has a round stainless steel structure that supports a rotating chromed metal lampshade. The lampshade can be tilted at any angle to direct the light; furthermore, a perforated inside disk acts as a light diffuser. It is equipped with a single E27 bulb and generates a low, warm and enveloping light when placed on a desk or writing table; if rotated backwards it is still bright enough to create mood lighting. The lamp is stored in untouched original condition; it's just been cleaned (it hasn't even been polished), revealing that the chrome finish is in tip-top shape even after six decades. It will be checked by an electrician before delivery.
