Daybed by Børge Mogensen for Fredericia Stolefabrik (Denmark), 1960s. It is a design masterpiece that effortlessly combines comfort and elegance. The solid oak structure, which showcases Mogensen's signature minimalism, provides a solid foundation. What really sets it apart is the new thick shag sheepskin upholstery, a luxurious addition that not only improves comfort but also elevates the aesthetics of the furniture with its soft texture. Furthermore, sheep's wool has great anti-allergic properties and provides electrostatic balance, which is very important in contemporary interiors filled with artificial materials. It is perfect for any mountain chalet, next to a fireplace or in any interior where comfort and good design are sought. The pillows move easily and you have a very large bed, perfect not only for naps but also for a good night's sleep. The furniture has been checked: the frame is stable and well screwed; the oak wood was in fantastic original condition, it was only refreshed with professional products; the original upholstery has been changed. Seat height: 39 cm. The backrest (two cushions) is 42 cm high and 100 cm wide.
