Item description

Pair of solid walnut bedside tables with inlays and Sicilian pink marble top, early 20th century (1900-20). They were recovered from a 19th-century villa (like the other pair for sale) where a Sicilian Baron of Misterbianco lived. They present a drawer, a door and an open top. They are in good condition: they have been cleaned and given a coat of beeswax; complete restoration by replacing pieces or adding them has not been done, so as not to compromise their identity. Previous restorations are present. The handles are from the period. Height to marble top: 98 cm.
