Walnut desk with under-top drawer made by designer and cabinetmaker Vittorio Valabrega, 1930s. The Fratelli Valabrega company was born in Turin (Italy) in 1884, where it distinguished itself and established itself with the production of eclectic and Art Nouveau furniture. Starting from the 1890s, the owner became Vittorio Valabrega (1861–1952) who inaugurated the new headquarters in via Principe Amedeo 13; attached to the exhibition is the factory where around 50 workers work, including carpenters, sculptors, upholsterers and painters.
