Wall light attributed to Flavio Poli for Seguso, 1960s. Chromed metal structure, thick smoked green Murano glass shade with round shape and square handcrafted border. In good condition with what sign of time, as visible from the attached photos; there is an almost imperceptible chip of about three millimeters. Glass artist Flavio Poli (1900-1980) is known for his contribution to the development of Murano glass, promoting the renewal of the style of the famous Augusto Seguso glassworks in Venice. Poli won the Compasso d'Oro in 1954 and, during his career, five Grand Prix awards at the Milan Triennials. His works are also featured in several editions of the Venice Biennale and at the Expo held in Brussels.
