Scandinavian free standing wall unit in teak, 1960s
SILVER Seller in Pomorskie, Poland
The mid-century Scandinavian teak wall unit is a fully modular shelving system produced in the 1960s in Scandinavia, probably from Norway. The slightly curved edges give a warm impression and the sculptural rails create an elegant and grand image. Three cabinets (including one with drawers) and three shelves provide sufficient storage capacity and space to display books and decorations. The wall cabinet showcases the mastery of Scandinavian design, visible in details such as the decorative triangle-sculpted handles. The shelves and display cabinet can be arranged as desired. They can be positioned completely differently.
