Antique French Napoleon III chest of drawers in exotic woods with coeval marble top. The front is characterised by six drawers adorned with gilded bronze mouths with a rocailles motif. Around the openings is an inlay depicting cornucopias followed by an inlay with a floral motif. The two cantons are adorned with gilded bronze elements that enhance their beauty. The feet have a cabriolet shape and are joined by a mixtilinear apron with a bronze cymatium in the centre. The sides reflect the same design as the front, but without inlay. Provenance: France (1860/70). Measurements: 63x38 cm, H 132 cm. Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method. Certificate of Authenticity.
