Fuochi d'Artificio chandelier by Angelo Barovier for Barovier & Toso, 1970s. Refined nine-light chandelier composed of nine blown Murano glass "flutes" in pastel colors with 24 kt gold inclusions. It also features an opaline glass body with gold inclusions and brass details. Elegant and striking, this chandelier is capable of furnishing a room on its own. Designed by Angelo Barovier, son of Ercole Barovier, who began working in the historic family firm in 1947 and eventually became its president. Barovier & Toso is one of the oldest family businesses, still in operation, in the world. It was founded in the 13th century and in its more than 800 years of existence has made and continues to make history in Italian glass. The chandelier has the original label of the manufacture. It is in perfect conservative condition, has no defects and is fully functioning. The electrical system is halogen.
