Item description

Archimede bookcase by Hirozi Fukuoh for Gavina, 1962. This is a veneered paniforte storage unit with solid wood supporting structure characterized by maximum vertical and horizontal modularity. The inside shelf is removable and adjustable in height. The bookcase has been partially restored and is in good condition; the vertical solid wood elements have been arranged to be unscrewed; one of the four legs has been glued for structural reasons after restoration; visible signs of wear and slight defects on the top.
