Item description

Art Deco walnut chest of drawers made in Piacenza in 1935. It features a splendid top in black, white and brown veined marble with two lateral wooden inserts. It is equipped with four large drawers with wooden handles. The fronts of the drawers and hinged doors are decorated with inlaid floral motifs. In good original condition despite some scratches/marks/cracks in the wood (see photos), consistent with age and use. Inside the lowest drawer there is a crack (see photos). It has some moth holes.
