Extending teak table by H. Sigh & Søn Møbelfabrik, 1960s

The rectangular dining table, model 145, was designed by Willy Sigh in the 1960s and produced by H. Sigh & Søn Møbelfabrik in Denmark. A manufacturer's stamp is preserved on one of the back doors. The table has two additional doors, each 52 cm wide, which extend it to 229 cm, providing comfortable seating for 6-8 guests. The natural wood grain, somewhat more intense on the side tops, delights with exquisitely finished edges. It displays high-quality craftsmanship that enhances the elegance of Danish mid-century design. The table has solid teak legs that can be detached for convenient transportation. Our team thoroughly checked the table. The sliding mechanism works flawlessly. We cleaned the wood with professional compounds and protected the table top with layers of Danish oil. Customers from all over the world have already trusted our work and its fruits. If you are new to vintage furniture, please contact us for explanations and close-ups of the piece. Additional dimensions: height from floor 62 cm, dimensions of table fully open: H: 74/ W: 229/ D: 85 cm.
