Item description
Wonderful sideboard of original Italian design and production from the 1950s-1960s. Solid wood veneered structure. Brass legs slender it and make it a light piece of furniture. Glass top with silver-coloured, non-mirrored bottom. Design studied to give the idea that it has six drawers, in reality there are four drawers: two longer on the right and two shorter on the left. Particular and interesting front work on the drawers, with overlapping elements that give movement and make the design unique and attractive. Particular brass 'ring' handles. The more you look at it, the more beautiful it is! Unique piece, in our listings you can also find the two matching bedside tables and mirror. If you have any doubts or questions, please do not hesitate to write to us. We have not found references to any prominent designers, the style of the upper block however is very reminiscent of the hand of Ico Parisi. Length 181 cm, depth 50 cm, height 69 cm, height from floor 35.5 cm. Used, in good condition. The glass has some reddish haloes and a chipping, see photo.
