Empire console with mirror, early 19th century. Walnut wood-plated structure with black lacquered columns and golden details. The original white Carrara marble has small signs of wear and a chip in the back left corner. The lower part of the console has legs decorated with golden acanthus leaves; in the upper part, however, the columns are lacquered black and the capitals are golden. The mirror has been replaced over the years and the backrest has never been reassembled. Restored and polished with shellac with a wax finish. Height to the marble top: 97 cm.
