Beautiful LC 1 designed by three hands by Le Corbusier, P. Jeanneret, C. Perriand- in 1929. Chromium-plated steel, black leather and spotted brown and white Cavallino fur. Beautiful LC1 armchair. Very high quality, great masters of 20th century design series. In excellent condition, minimal imperceptible signs of use. Chrome-plating in excellent condition, very slight superficial, almost invisible marks on the leather of the armrests. Otherwise ok. Chrome plating and stitching OK. Chromed Mannesmann-type steel frame, black leather armrests. Back and seat in soft spotted pony skin. Used only as a pure furniture item as a collector's item. Maniacally maintained. MDF Italia was a subcontractor of Cassina and had shops all over Europe. In 2013 it was bought by Holding Cassina. The LC1 was in the MDF ITALIA catalogue on pages 80 and 81 with code 1540.
