Teak chest of drawers by Genega Møbler (Denmark), 1960s. The manufacturer's stamp is preserved on the back. It is equipped with six large drawers with solid teak handles, including the upper one, which can be locked with the original key (included). The superb joinery and detailing, visible in the finely selected veneer with the vibrant wood grain, showcases the mastery of mid-century Danish craftsmanship. The peculiarity of this piece of furniture is the different heights of the drawers. This piece was designed and executed with precision. The tapered legs in solid teak enhance its Scandinavian origin; they are detachable for more convenient carrying. The chest of drawers has been carefully checked: all drawers are clean and work smoothly; the wood was renewed with Danish oil. Small natural signs of use are left which do not ruin the aesthetics of the furniture and only confirm its originality. Fantastic vintage condition with slight traces of use. Height of the two upper drawers: 8 cm. Height of the other four drawers: 12 cm. Ground clearance: 12 cm.
