Item description
Sideboard with two sliding doors from the Living gamma series "WK-Satink" designed by the great German designer Georg Satink in 1952 for WK Möbel in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Germany, 1960s. The sideboard is supported by a perimeter structure made of black painted tubular iron with four legs. It has two sliding doors with recessed handles, opening horizontally on metal runners and a shelf on each side. The cabinet is made of a high-quality wood fiber box support structure with an elegantly grained walnut veneer in a honey finish. A durable black plastic protective coating has been applied to the surface of the top to avoid making marks. Depending on the light conditions, old signs of use such as scratches, small lacks and other traces of time may be visible on the surface, all of which are unremarkable and do not detract from the aesthetic beauty of the furniture.
