Item description

Studio Del Campo was a collaborative workshop, a collective of artists producing high quality enamels on silver foil or copper. The company was founded in Turin in 1957 and was active until 1998. Great craftsmen worked in the studio, collaborating with designers such as Gio Ponti, Ettore Sottsass, to name but a few. The highest quality characterises their work. The ashtray in question dates from around the 1960s and is signed Del Campo on the back.
