Item description

Napoleon III exotic fine wood sideboard made in France in the second half of the 19th century (1860-70). The front features a hinged door with an inlay representing an amphora with flowers in the center. The two projecting corners are enriched by the presence of skillfully chiseled gilt bronze elements. The mixtilinear base connects the two bearing feet and is highlighted by the presence of a bronze medallion. Internally there are two adjustable shelves via a ladder system while the key and lock are original to the period. Restored by traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method. Complete with certificate of authenticity. We are at your disposal for further clarification or photographic details.
