Set of four Lilla Aland chairs by Carl Malmsten, 1960s-70s. This chair model that has become iconic is distinguished by its distinctive back structure consisting of eight vertical wooden shafts. The tapered, elongated legs recall the understated, minimalist style typical of Scandinavian design. The wide seat features the rounded edges typical of the organic forms of Scandinavian modernism. The classic style makes them perfect to pair with either an antique or modern table. Also beautiful to use in the bedroom in place of a bedside table or as a clothes rack.
