Item description

Description: French Napoleon III coffee table/desk in fine exotic wood with finely chiseled gilded bronze application. The top has a bean shape with a floral motif inlay in the center and is surrounded by a beautiful bronze trimming. The front is punctuated by three drawers embellished with leaf motif handles in gilded bronze. The four cabriolet feet have bronze profiles on the edges and end with socks always in the same material. The opposite face appears to be a mirror image of the main one. Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method. Provenance: 19th century France. Measurements: 70x37 H74cm. Document: Certificate of Authenticity.
