Item description

Porcelain vase marked Hutschenreuther Germany and decorated by Marcello Pecchioli, 1940s-50s. Beautiful glaze and pure gold decoration depicting a scene with birds and plants. On the top of the neck there is a pure gold border. The Pecchioli Marcello company was founded in 1948 thanks to the experience gained by Pecchioli as a decorator at the Richar Ginori "Doccia manufactory" company. The company specializes in glass and porcelain decorations; these are made by hand with gold and polychrome glazes.
