'Torbecchia’ sideboard by architect Giovanni Michelucci for Poltronova, 1960s-70s. Walnut veneered wood. Dimensions (cm): height: 84.5 cm, width: 200 cm, depth: 54 cm. Designer: Giovanni Michelucci (1891 - 1990) was an Italian architect, urban planner and engraver. He was one of the leading Italian architects of the 20th century, famous for designing for example the Florence Santa Maria Novella station and the Autostrada del Sole church. Excellent condition, signs of time in the veneer only at the bottom and sides.
