Mid-century Safari style leather 'Trienna' lounge chairs by Carl-Axel Acking, Sweden 1960s. One of the most fashionable and sought-after Safari design chairs. Carl-Axel Acking, designed in the 1950s in Sweden for Nordiska Kompaniet. Unfortunately, the original leather was destroyed, so we modelled it on the original and upholstered it in completely authentic leather. All dimensions, cutting pattern, thickness and stitching method are the same as the original. The wooden parts were sanded and oiled in several layers.
