Walnut flap chest of drawers. The front with a wavy line has two large drawers in the column and two smaller ones underneath the calatoia. The chest consists of several small drawers, a flap and open compartments. Slightly wavy feet on the inside join the shaped apron. The front and the chest are panelled in walnut arranged in a herringbone pattern and the profiles are edged with fillets of bois de rose. The chains between the drawers and the frames that frame them are made of wood arranged endwise.
Sides, top and interior in solid walnut. Typical piece of furniture of mid 18th century Genoese production.
