Mixed media work from 2023 by Domenico Fatigati, master of "rigorous constructive" and "geometric abstraction". Domenico (Mimmo) Fatigati was born in 1949 in Acerra (NA) where he still lives and works today. After attending the State Institute of Art "F. Palizzi" and later the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, in 1969 he began his artistic activity with his participation in the National Visual Arts Award La Feluca d'Oro in Bari, earning on this occasion, immediately, a wide critical acclaim. A student and assiduous frequenter of master Luigi Pezzato's studio, he was in turn a member of several judging commissions, while since 1981 he has run an exhibition space called Il Ritrovo dell'Arte. The Campanian creative is a teacher of descriptive geometry at the Liceo Artistico and beyond. In 1989 he was the architect of the birth of the "B Munari" in his hometown where he served as headmaster.
