Provençal polychrome majolica planters, 18th century. Entirely hand-painted, these planters were made in France, in the Allemagne-en-Provence area, known for being one of the most famous French ceramic centres. Two planters available with different decorations, the price is for each (contact the seller for more information). No. 1 is 17 cm high, 17.5 cm wide and 9 cm deep. No. 2 is 15.2 cm high, 17.6 cm wide and 9 cm deep. Presence of chips and imperfections consistent with age.
