Charles modular sofa. Two sofas that can be joined at an angle. With Maxalto red Canapone cotton covering by A. Citterio for B&B Italia. Very good conditions. Minimal signs of use. Charles is a tribute to the master Charles Eames, the American designer, innovative architect, protagonist of 20th century design. The Charles sofa by B&B is a reference model in the world of design. The light image is accentuated by the essential design of the feet, in an inverted L shape, in die-cast aluminum and by the thin, raised base. The internal frame is made of tubular and steel profiles, its internal padding is made of flexible cold polyurethane foam and the lining is made of polyester fibre. The padding of the seat cushions is in shaped polyurethane, sterilized down and polyester fiber lining. The backrest cushions are padded in polyester fibre. The feet are in polished brushed cast aluminium. The covering is in red Canapone thick yarn woven fabric. Purchased in 2018 for 12,500 euros. Measurements of the single sofa: L 220 X D 100 cm (seat D 97 cm).
