Barcelona armchair designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich in 1929 for the German pavilion of the Barcelona International Exposition. This chair has become an icon of 20th-century design. The model has a slender, curved frame of flat chromed steel with straps supporting cushions upholstered in soft hammered Volo leather in cognac color; the cushions are quilted in leather with embossed buttons, offering both comfort and style. Its minimalist design, clean lines and balanced proportions make it perfect for any style. A timeless classic that embodies modernist elegance. Excellent condition, minimal signs of use; there is a surface scratch on the upper right corner of the back cushion (see photos).
