Empire pedestal bowl placed inside a large glass bell, early 19th century. Gilded ceramic pedestal bowl in gold leaf with gilded wooden base. The pedestal bowl alone is 29 cm high and has a diameter of 25.5 cm. Excellent condition, as can be seen from the attached photos. Glass and pedestal bowl intact. Some small worm holes on the wooden base.
