Directoire gilt bronze pendulum clock, late 18th century. Depicting Psyche with butterfly and crown, locusts symbolizing the journey and Zephyr blowing the wind. Mercury gilding. Movement with wire suspension. Coming from France, dial signed “Piolaine à Paris.” In working order (see photos).
