Danish Mid-Century teak two-bay wall bookcase with two cabinets and eight shelves, designed in the 1960s, in the style of Poul Cadovius or Preben Sorensen. Both Danish designers worked in parallel in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. This vintage wall cabinet is a fully modular shelving system. All the elements are 80 cm wide and can be arranged according to requirements, positioned higher, lower, interchanged. This graceful composition can be a nice addition to the office space as well as to a bedroom or living room.
The unit consists of: eight shelves 20 cm deep; two cabinets with sliding doors H: 35/ L: 80/ P: 35 cm; three wooden wall rails 200 cm long; brass hardware. The unit has been completely renovated. We sand all the parts, match the color, add the missing parts, then finish with mordant and danish oil. There may be absolutely minimal signs of wear, but it will look rather like a new piece in terms of quality. We also checked the mechanics carefully. The doors work properly and all parts fit together. We try to bring the furniture back to its best appearance, but considering the age.
