SILVER Seller in Łódź, Poland
This pair of armchairs, model Stefan, was produced in the 1960s in Poland by Swarzędzka Fabryka Mebli. The armchairs' frame is made of solid beech wood and was professionally and carefully restored by removing old upholstery, stains and finishing with varnish. The cushions were reupholstered in a beige fabric made of a mixture of linen, cotton and viscose, reminiscent in texture of the materials originally used in the 1960s. New upholstery belts were also installed. Stefan armchairs were also sold in the 1960s by Ikea and produced for it by Polish furniture factories.
