Item description
Description: Pair of orientalist sculptures in polychrome terracotta belonging to the French Napoleon III period. The man is portrayed as in the Arab tradition with the folds of the tunic which have been skillfully reproduced by the artist's hand who leaves nothing to idealistic transfigurations and faithfully brings us the visual data. The woman is also represented with traditional clothing and has the same sculptural qualities as the man. On the back there is the artist's signature and the inventory number.
