Elegant painting signed by the great Hungarian painter Aladár Kacziány (1887-1978) and dated 1923, lacking authentication. Oil work on panel depicting a female portrait of notable realism and pictorial quality. His style influenced by symbolism and romanticism allowed him to create vivid, emotional atmospheres and psychological portraits with a strong sense of authenticity and presence. Contemporary frame in carved and gilded wood, beautifully decorated, with some signs of aging. Overall, the painting is in excellent state of conservation. Painting light H 40 x W 38 cm.
