Item description

Pair of painted porcelain potiches. Circular section body with a rounded and ribbed shape surmounted by a lid with a pine cone-shaped socket. Rich floral decorations in cobalt blue below deck, brick and gold above deck. Excellent state of conservation. Japan, Imari manufacture, Meiji era (1868 - 1912). The height is 40 cm, the body width 18 cm.
