Pair of a bottle and vanity box in cut crystal and silver. The crystal is of the best quality (35% lead oxide), is very thick and heavy, cut, ground and engraved in an exceptional way. The lids have been chiseled and engraved by skilled craftsmen with floral motifs. They bear the star mark, a mark adopted in Spain to indicate the best quality of silver (915/1000) in that country and the silversmith's identifying mark. The most fascinating and interesting thing about the two objects is the engraving in the center of the lids Ma L.R., it tells us that they belonged to the Marquis L.R. (in Spanish Ma is the abbreviation of Marquesa). These two objects, elegant and graceful, will bring a touch of refinement to any bathroom or bedroom. Box size in cm: D 10 x H 6.
