Item description

Beautiful large sculpture representing a hunting dog in a "pointing" position made of terracotta laminated in silvered copper by R. Teglio (pupil of G. Cacciapuoti) in the 1930s/40s with the Signature engraved legibly on the side. The large size makes it particularly rare. The state of preservation is excellent, there are no breaks or restorations and the patina is still the original one, never polished; if one wanted to do so, the sculpture would take on the colour of silver.
