Item description
A splendid coffee table with an organic, sinuous teak base and a circular glass top - particularly reminiscent of Isamu Noguchi's classic coffee table of the same name from 1947. The delicate yet strong form of the polymorphic teak base is a real eye-catcher, and a beautiful example of mid-century design. The glass has been replaced and is new, while the wooden base has been lightly refinished to bring the piece into the 21st century. In fact, this coffee table is an excellent addition to modern or classic homes, partly due to the versatility of that teak base. Base diameter: 64cm | 25in
