20th century Italian desk. Napoleon III style cabinet inlaid and veneered in walnut, mahogany, maple and fruit woods enriched with faux inlay with hand-painted floral decorations on top border, front and sides (see photo). Finished centre desk adorned with gilt and chased bronze and brass (see photo). Cabinet complete with three front drawers of which the central one is complete with lock and working key. Top covered in chiselled and gilded imitation leather (with some signs of wear) of excellent size and service, also for professional use. Cabinet showing some small lack of veneer (see photo) and some signs of time. Diplomatic of excellent solidity and stability supported by 4 moved legs also adorned with bronze and brass (see photo). Structurally sound, it shows some signs of time, overall in a fairly good state of preservation.
