Transatlantic chair in brass and mahogany, 1920s
SILVER Seller in Perugia, Italy
Beautiful original transatlantic chair. Made of brass and mahogany wood, this chair was part of the furnishings of the bistro area of an Italian ocean liner dating back to the 1920s/30s, when the Italian Navy was already famous for its excellence. This rather rare chair, with its sculptural silhouette, is particularly suitable as a piece of furniture and as an object for collectors and enthusiasts. Its condition is very good with some signs due to almost 100 years of life.
