Wrought iron headboard made in love by the famous Ligurian blacksmith Rino Baglini. The decoration is gold leaf made by hand, the color is red oxblood which is a brown with burgundy reflections used by Genoese blacksmiths of the '700 to make the magnificent and unique beds of the time. The iron curls and leaves were produced at the forge, the decorated parts are nailed to the scrolls. The headboard is in excellent condition and has no defects, the leaf decorations are in perfect condition and through the use of lacquers of the time does not discolor over time.
