Large and fine patinated terracotta sculpture representing the "bacchanal" with the child Bacchus on a large goat and 2 children celebrating with him, in the taste of Clodion. Signed (not easily deciphered). The terracotta base is also underlined with gold, simulating wood. In very good overall condition with minimal wear and chipping consistent with age
