Item description
Smith Napoletano coffee table in mahogany feathers with maple inlays. The top is circular in shape and has a special feather design with an inlaid rosette in the centre. All around the perimeter of the table there is a reserve of palmette and raceme inlay typical of the style. The central trunk rests on a beautiful octagonal shaped base also embellished with a contrasting inlay. Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method. Possibility to have six chairs combined with the table. Provenance: Naples early 19th century. Measurements: Diameter 103cm. Height 78cm. Document: Certificate of Authenticity.
