Item description
French Empire toilet in mahogany feather with finely chased gilt bronze elements. The still original mercury mirror is supported by two feathered columns ending in bronze cusps. The lower part encloses a pull-out drawer surrounded by bronze elements. The feet are padded, typical of the early empire. Origin: France 19th century. Measurements: 53x27 H63cm. Document: Certificate of Authenticity. Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method.
