Pair of Murano glass wall sconces attributed to Venini, 1950s
SILVER Seller in Prato, Italy
Pair of Murano glass wall lights. They have a fan shape that protrudes outwards, they have a single point of light and when they are off they play with natural light. The metal plate, placed on the back, is fixed from the front with two white enamelled pins and is designed to keep the appliques well fixed to the wall. They were made between 1950 and 1955 in Murano (Italy); we can attribute them with good certainty to the Venini glassworks.
