Item description
A beautiful round table designed by three great designers Vittorio Gregotti, Lodovico Meneghetti and Giotto Stoppino, of fine Italian manufacture from the 1950s. The table is made entirely of wood with hard, outlined geometric shapes. The table top has a beautiful round shape, with the wood grain evident and very clear, very elegant. Its uniqueness can be seen at the height of the legs: each leg is composed of two structures that link together to create a wonderful interplay of very eclectic geometric shapes. These legs create the geometric figure of a well-defined pentagon; in fact, each leg has a small wooden structure that links them together, defining the perimeter of the shape. The pentagon is also present under the top, although not visible because it is covered. The original design is in our possession, as you can clearly see from the photos. This table is extraordinarily beautiful, suitable as a table centrepiece and perfectly suited to retro but also modern styles.
